The Ministry of the Higgins Family
in L’viv, Ukraine,
2002-2007

Frequently the number of children and teenagers outweighed the number of adults at the church services. Therefore, we decided to have a separate gathering on Saturdays for the children: hence, the “Timothy Club” was born, led by Joshua Steele.

Program of the “Timothy Club”

1. Learning Christian children’s songs
2. Bible lesson
3. Memory verse
4. Active and “thinking” games
5. Questions and answers
6. Group prayer
7. Prize time: candy, stickers, books, games, toys…

Winter and fall classes of the “Timothy Club” were held each Saturday in a public hall.

In addition to the children’s club, we started a teen group which helped out in the “Timothy Club”.

Games are a fun time of interaction between every age group – kids, teens and leaders.
